Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is unique in that our community of members helps keep each other motivated and accountable.

I joined Farrell's in the fall of 2013. I am a stay at home mom of four young boys. Yep, you read that right, FOUR BOYS. The last two pregnancies were back to back in my lower thirties and I certainly did not 'rebound' as well as I had in my twenties. My husband had been doing a lot of running and he was getting into great shape, which was frustrating me. I bought a double jogging stroller thinking I could get the boys out and get some exercise, but I would barely get 1/4 mile from the car before they wanted to be released from their stroller prison. Then I would stand on a trail for an hour with a dog on a leash while they played with sticks and dirt. But hey, the kids wore themselves out right? The dog and I...not so much. So, my husband did some reading about Farrell's and signed me up. I had taken kickboxing classes in college and liked it, so it sounded like a good idea. I could get up early and exercise before the boys even knew I was gone. During my ten weeks I lost a lot of inches, so I was encouraged to sign on for another year. In total, I have lost over 25 pounds and dropped over three jean sizes. Shortly after my ten weeks, I wanted push myself farther so I became an instructor. This decision was completely out of my comfort zone, but Farrell's is all about pushing you out of your comfort zone. I have loved meeting all the new people during each ten week session and watching not just their physical changes, but mental changes as well. So many extraordinary people walk through that door every day. I love my Farrell's family!
