I joined Farrell’s with my wife Diane in April 2008, and we’ve both been hooked on the program since then. I’ve worked out most of my life, but I never achieved the results that I achieved with the Farrell’s program. The comprehensive Farrell’s program is just what I needed to take my fitness to the next level. The cardio, resistance training, and nutrition program are all great, but the enthusiasm, support, and energy of everyone involved in the program make it special. I look forward to going to the club each day to get a great workout and see my Farrell’s friends.
After my 10 week session I became an instructor, and I really enjoy helping others achieve their goals and attain a level of health and fitness beyond their expectations. Diane and I have two sons in college, and in our free time we enjoy boating, snow skiing, scuba diving, fitness activities, working in the yard, and traveling.
